How does it work?
Working through a network of partner organisations around the world, WLT funds the creation of reserves and provides permanent protection for habitats and wildlife.
Partnerships are developed with established and highly respected local organisations who engage support and commitment among the local community.
How do we know it's working?
Since 1989, collaboration with 53 partners across 30 countries WLT has funded the protection of 1,340,393ha (3,312,183 acres) and co-funded a further 1,449,918ha (3,582,825 acres) of highly threatened habitat and planted of more than 3.3 million trees
