This project provides Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene Training (WASH), equipping communities with practical knowledge on safe collection and hygiene, helping long-term behaviour change extend beyond the physical water point itself. Photo credit: CO2 Balance

Communities are supported to manage and protect their own water points. Local ownership is central to keeping boreholes working over time and ensuring the benefits are sustained well beyond the initial rehabilitation works. Photo credit: CO2 Balance

The rehabilitation of community boreholes means families no longer have to rely on unsafe river water - reducing sickness and saving time otherwise spent travelling to hospital. Access to clean water means healthier children, more economic opportunity, and more control over daily life. Photo credit: CO2 Balance
